In this module, we explore your design as body, soul, and spirit, uncovering why burnout, overwhelm, and shutdown happen when parts of you are under pressure or neglected. As you learn to care for each layer, you’ll discover what real healing and connection look like, so you can live, dance, and create from a place of genuine health and wholeness.

From Striving To Abiding
How do you stay anchored in God’s presence when the pressure to perform gets loud?
MODULE 4
Boundaries, Conviction & Being a Light
What does it look like to carry your faith into every space you step into?
This is where it gets practical. We explore how to stay grounded in both secular and Christian environments, navigating the tension between outside pressure and staying anchored in God. You’ll build clear convictions around boundaries and purity, and learn to call out the gold in others, carrying the presence of Jesus with authenticity, love, and humble confidence.
MODULE 5
Excellence, Creativity & Purpose
What are you actually called to carry, and how do you move forward with clarity, vision, and purpose?
In this final module, we explore what it means to be a creative made in the image of God, learning to co-create with the Holy Spirit and pursue true excellence instead of perfectionism. You’ll define your personal calling and bigger why, and step forward with clarity and intention, creating work that reflects Him and leaves a lasting Kingdom impact.

Hi, I’m Gen. I’m a professional dancer, singer, and actress. I spent years feeling like I was never good enough as an artist. I fell into the trap of building my self-worth on what I achieved, how hard I worked, and what I was chosen for. And in an industry that thrives on comparison, I was completely swallowed up.
But the Lord took me on a radical journey of healing, peeling back the layers of performance and showing me that my true identity is to be His daughter before anything else. I discovered that there is a profound freedom found in creating from connection to your identity in Christ and following the Holy Spirit, rather than muscling it out and striving to get it right alone or from a need to be seen.
